PRO Brand is a package of services that allows you to personalise communication with your e-shop customers in the post-sale stage.

The package includes: the Logo configurator and services: Email Notifications, Tracking Page and Map.

Logo

This is the core functionality of the PRO Brand package. It allows you to add and configure your brand’s branding elements, such as:

the name of the e-shop and the logo,
the web address (URL) of your e-shop,
accent colour (visible for interactive elements, e.g. buttons),
links to social media.

Email notifications

The Email Notifications service will allow you to personalise email notifications about the status of shipments received by your e-shop customers The tool will really impact building a positive brand image, increasing brand recognition and boosting sales.

The open rate for email status notifications is up to 85%! You can reinforce the positive perception of your brand in the eyes of your customers, as well as ensure the re-sale of complementary products. As part of the service, you receive the following functionalities:

personalisation of email content with notification of shipment status,
placing a link to the tracking page,
inclusion of contact information,
branding elements: colour and your brand logo.

Tracking page

The tracking page is the place where your customers can check the status of their shipment. By using the PRO Brand package, the page will be personalised. This is a unique opportunity to build customer relationships in the after-sales processes.

Up to 80% of people who make an e-shop purchase visit the tracking page! Now you can remind your customers about current promotions, display a discount code or show off new products.

You are given the option to create a unique look for your tracking page
by adding marketing elements such as:

logo,
creation of unique marketing content,
adding links to your social media,
adding an advertising banner.

Map

This is an additional service, a bonus for users of our map. If you use our unique map of shipping and receiving points, then by purchasing the PRO Brand package, you will have the option to personalise the widget:

place your e-shop logo,
make it easier to select and sort points by delivery network, e.g. Żabka, Paczkomat parcel lockers
display only points that handle cash on delivery,
display detailed information on the points of sale (opening hours, address).
